Yoga Sessions

I teach Yoga with Maharishi Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtra as my main text of reference. The physical postural practice is a blend of traditional Haṭha Yoga with physiotherapy and calisthenics. Sessions also include relaxation, concentration, and Prāṇāyāma practices.
